All our vehicles are insured substantially for passenger liability.
All tours are subject to a minimum number of passengers. (where indicated)
All tours, flight and accommodation bookings & prices are subject to availability and to change.
All tour departure & arrival times are approximate.
Luggage & personal possessions are carried at your own risk. Pickup Tourism accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions of passengers.
Please ensure that valuables & travel documents are kept safe at all times.
Payments:
All tour prices are V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) inclusive.
V.A.T. is non-refundable on all tours.
Master, Visa, American Express & Diners Club credit cards welcome.
Cash payments are to be made in South African Rand unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Confirmation/ Booking Procedures:
Acceptance of our quotation in writing
10% deposit is payable upon confirmation
Balance payable before commencement of tour
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be done in writing as no verbal cancellations will be accepted.

Pickup Tourism Services, their employees, agents and associates shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from any liability in respect of any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay or inconvenience to any person or their luggage and any other personal property wherever the same shall occur and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of Pickup Tourism Services, their employees, agents, associates or other persons directly or indirectly in the employ or service of the company.
